Another Sunday morning, and Zoe is heading into work. This past summer, Zoe took a school trip to Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands. It was an exciting opportunity, but also an expensive one. We worked out a deal where we would cover the upfront costs, and Zoe would pay us back 2/3rds of the package cost. So getting up early to work and pay her bills has been a good life lesson. Zoe is nearly done, so she can start planning for a trip next summer.
About the song choice: Huey Lewis and the News is one of the most underrated acts of the 1980s. They deserve much more recognition than what they get. And their harmonies make them a natural progression of California vocal groups such as the Beach Boys and the Eagles.
