On the first day of December, I pulled out my favorite take of this holiday classic. We all had to sing this in elementary school. No one can ever remember how many maids were milking or lords were leaping, but we sing it all the way through with gusto.
About the song choice: Straight No Chaser started as an a capella group at the University of Indiana in the 1990s. In 2008, a video of this performance landed on YouTube, catapulting Straight No Chaser to the top of the Christmas tree. Since then, Straight No Chaser has become a holiday tradition for fans worldwide.
