We are one week away from Thanksgiving. Of course in Zoe’s mind, Thanksgiving is just a speed bump on the way to Christmas. If she was in charge of this playlist, I would be playing holiday tunes all of this month. Those will come soon enough. But not until after we have the turkey and stuffing.
About the song choice: Being honest, I have no recollection of this song during the 1980s. I likely heard it multiple times, but it never registered or found a place in my head. It wasn’t until one of the Stranger Things seasons that featured this song to get it back in front of me.
